They say at every good business should solve a problem for someone. Well we solved our own problem back in 2018 when we made our own hot sauce to satisfy our taste buds in a time when there was a distinct lack of good sauce to be found in local shops around us. Find out more about our story.

Our flagship Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce has heat and flavour, uses all natural ingredients, no added sugar, gluten-free, vegan and uses plastic free packaging. Made with love in Scotland. You can cop yourself a bottle online.

STREET FOOD

We are proud purveyors of quality street food, serving up the scran every weekend at Edinburgh’s legendary Pitt Market and taking our food trailer to events around the UK.
